Use Week Reservations
Make your reservations 365 days in advance, first come, first served. Based on your unit week(s) and size you may reserve at any WWVC property. Your right to use your week will be lost if you do not reserve it for that calendar year, or space bank your week with an exchange company like Trading Places International, which will give you a two-year period to use your week. (WWVC does not carryover Use Weeks from year to year.) Yearly maintenance fees must be paid in full 30 days before occupying a reserved Use Week, or prior to depositing a Use Week with an exchange organization like Trading Places International or RCI.
Size and/or Season Upgrades within WWVC Properties
You are encouraged to reserve your Use Week(s) based on your unit size and season. Upgrades to a larger unit or more desirable season may be available, but there is an upgrade fee. A single upgrade is $20 per night; a double upgrade is $30 per night; a triple upgrade is $40 per night. You may request an upgrade 30 days or less inadvance and, if space is available, pay only $69 per week for a single upgrade and $89 per week for a double upgrade, and $109 a week for a triple upgrade.
Exchanging
Trading Places International offers exchanges to fine resorts outside WWVC at very affordable exchange fees. Trading Places International does not require you to pay an annual membership fee to use its exchange or other services and also offers rentals at other exceptional properties.
Bonus Time
All unreserved space at WWVC properties, can be reserved by Members 30 days in advance or less. Applicable bonus time rates will apply.
